Vision
"Building a Brighter Tomorrow Through Empowerment & Excellence"
About us
A construction company that measures success in people and in finished work.
Gomolemo Construction and Projects is based at 54 Wilgen Street, Die Bult, Potchefstroom. We deliver general building maintenance, civil works and plumbing services for private homeowners, businesses and institutions across the North West.
Mission
At Gomolemo Construction and Projects, our mission is to deliver exceptional construction services while capacitating our employees, empowering women, and fostering growth among our business associates. We strive to create a platform for youth development, shaping the leaders of tomorrow.
Our slogan
"Youth Today, Leader Tomorrow"
It is not a tagline we print on a bakkie. It is how we staff our sites. Apprentices work beside experienced artisans, learn the trade properly, and move into leadership as the company grows. Our clients get careful workmanship; our team gets a career.

Our values
Youth development
Every site is a classroom. We take on young people, train them properly and give them real responsibility.
Women empowerment
We actively recruit and promote women into technical, supervisory and management roles.
Excellence on site
Work done to specification, inspected and handed over clean. No shortcuts, no callbacks.
Shared growth
We partner with local suppliers and subcontractors so the value of each project stays in the community.
